Job Role: Operation Executive (Jewellery Industry)

1. Order & Production Management

Handle customer orders — from receiving to final delivery.

Coordinate with the production team for manufacturing jewellery as per order.

Track order progress, ensure timely completion, and maintain delivery schedules.

2. Inventory & Stock Control

Maintain records of gold, diamonds, and finished jewellery stock.

Monitor raw material usage and ensure accurate stock entries.

Coordinate with the store or warehouse for dispatch and returns.

3. Vendor & Supplier Coordination

Communicate with suppliers for materials like gold, stones, packaging, etc.

Ensure timely purchase and delivery of required items.

4. Quality Checking & Documentation

Assist in quality inspection of jewellery before dispatch.

Prepare invoices, labels, certificates, and other shipping documents.

Ensure proper documentation for gold weight, purity, and diamond details.

5. Customer Service & Communication

Update clients about order status and resolve any queries.

Coordinate with sales or retail teams for smooth operations.

6. Reporting & Data Management

Maintain daily MIS reports, order tracking sheets, and performance records.

Assist management in process improvement and efficiency tracking.

Skills Required:

Good communication and coordination skills

Knowledge of jewellery processes (casting, polishing, setting, etc.)

Proficiency in Excel or ERP software

Attention to detail and time management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
