Operation Executive

Job Title: Operations Executive Department: Operations Industry: NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company) Location: Nashik Reporting to: Operations Manager / Branch Manager Job Summary: The Operations Executive will be responsible for executing day-to-day operational activities within the NBFC, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timeliness in loan processing, documentation, disbursement, collections, and customer service. Key Responsibilities: Loan Processing & Disbursement: Handle customer onboarding and KYC documentation. Verify loan applications and supporting documents. Coordinate with credit and risk teams for loan approval. Ensure timely disbursement of loans. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain proper records of all operational transactions. Ensure compliance with internal policies and RBI/NBFC regulatory requirements. Conduct periodic audits of customer files and transaction records. Customer Service: Address customer queries related to loans, repayments, and statements. Provide post-disbursement support and guidance to customers. Collections Support: Coordinate with collection teams for EMI tracking and default follow-ups. Update customer repayment status in the system. MIS & Reporting: Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports. Track operational performance metrics and flag any deviations. Key Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in Commerce/Finance/Business or related field (MBA preferred). 1–3 years of experience in NBFC/banking/financial services operations. Good understanding of loan products, KYC norms, and NBFC regulations. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic knowledge of core banking systems.
