Urgently requires an Operation executive for Construction company in Piravom, Ernakulam,Kerala Required Qualification: B.com/M.com/MBA Responsibilities: Monitor employee activities and provide guidance where needed Facilitating site planning meeting and tracking company resourse usage Encourage a positive work environment and culture for all employees Implement safety programs and ensure compliance with all safety policies Create and send reports to the Director of Operations coordinating the order and delivery of materials to job sites Measuring and managing client satifaction Coordinate staff schedules, training and onboarding Identifying project risks and proposing solutions.
