Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operation Executive, located in Tirur. The Operation Executive will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily operations, ensuring efficient logistics processes, handling clients' inquiries, managing shipments, and coordinating with different departments. The role also includes analyzing data for operational improvements, maintaining communication with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

• Experience in Operations and Operations Management
• Analytical Skills to identify and solve operational issues
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of logistics and supply chain management
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Proficiency in relevant software and advanced technology used in logistics
• Prior experience in freight forwarding or logistics industry is a plus
