Position: Operations Executive Type: Full-Time Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome Location: Dhamtari Relocation: Candidates must be willing to relocate Role Overview As an Operations Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between digital tools and on-ground mill operations. You will manage production data, documentation, and reports while supporting mill managers in daily activities. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily production and processing operations. Record and maintain operational data using Google Sheets and the RiceFlow dashboard. Capture and verify data from weighbridge, production, and dispatch sections. Coordinate across departments such as purchase, accounts, and logistics. Identify process gaps and assist in implementing AI-driven improvements. Generate and present daily operational and performance reports. Requirements Strong command of English and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Google Sheets, documentation, and internet-based tools. Detail-oriented, disciplined, and proactive attitude. Willingness to relocate and work in mill environments.
