We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to oversee day-to-day operational activities related to production, logistics, and export processes. The candidate will play a key role in coordinating between departments, ensuring smooth dispatches, managing export documentation, and maintaining quality and efficiency in operations. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily operations including procurement, production planning, and dispatch. Supervise loading/unloading activities and ensure accurate weighing and packaging of rice ash. Manage and track export orders — from order confirmation to shipment. Prepare and verify export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and shipping bills. Liaise with transporters, freight forwarders, and port/customs agents for timely shipment. Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock records. Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols. Maintain communication with suppliers and clients regarding order status and logistics. Support management in operational planning, cost control, and process improvement.
