Job Description

  • System Monitoring and Maintenance:
  • Continuously monitor operations systems (mechanical, electrical, IT, etc.) to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform routine maintenance to prevent system failures.
  • Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution:
  • Quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues or equipment malfunctions.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
  • Process Optimization:
  • Analyze workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Safety and Compliance:
  • Ensure all operational activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and safety audits.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Collect and analyze operational data to support decision-making.
  • Generate performance and incident reports for management review.
  • Equipment and Resource Management:
  • Oversee the use and maintenance of machinery, tools, or software systems.
  • Maintain inventory and ensure availability of critical resources.
  • Project Support:
  • Assist in planning and executing operational projects or upgrades.
  • Support commissioning, decommissioning, or testing of systems and components.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping:
  • Maintain accurate records of system operations, maintenance activities, and incidents.
  • Prepare and update SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
  • Coordination with Stakeholders:
  • Collaborate with engineering, IT, logistics, and management teams.
  • Communicate with vendors, contractors, or service providers when needed.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay up to date with new technologies and best practices.
  • Lead or contribute to initiatives focused on operational excellence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
