Job Title: Operation Analyst
Responsibilities
1. Query internal databases (SQL) to extract and analyze operations data
2. Build and maintain dashboards and reports (Excel, Looker, Tableau, etc.)
3. Identify trends and generate insights to improve efficiency and decision-making
4. Support teams with ad hoc analysis and internal performance tracking
Qualifications
1. MBA from a top-tier institution
2. 2+ years of experience in operations, business analytics, or strategy roles
3. Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel
4. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Splunk, Tableau, Power BI)
5. Ability to connect data insights to business outcomes
6. Strong project management skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
