Operation Analyst

You will be responsible for the operations metrics of the shift and ensuring quality checks of all shipments/bags to ensure zero missing shipments. Additionally, you will be preparing various MIS reports like Inbound, outbound, RTO, and aging reports, arranging maximum deliveries within TAT, decreasing aging of the shipments, and monitoring NDR/RTO to find solutions for reducing monthly NDR & RTO %. You will also handle a team of support staff & delivery boys, educate them about the importance of shipment handling, and create a sense of ownership for managing the service center. Moreover, you will ensure that processes are followed to minimize losses at the service center, maintain a clean workplace, and communicate organizational updates and changes to the staff. A Sr. Executive (cluster) will be responsible for managing multiple Service centers. Qualifications: - Good knowledge of excel - Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field.,
