Operation Analyst

Role Overview: You will be responsible for the operations metrics of the shift, taking care of stock received and stock outward, and ensuring quality checks of all shipments/bags to ensure zero missing shipments with value and count. Additionally, you will be preparing various MIS reports like Inbound, outbound, RTO, and aging reports, arranging maximum deliveries within TAT, decreasing aging of shipments, and monitoring NDR/RTO to find solutions for reducing monthly NDR & RTO %. You will also handle a team of support staff & delivery boys, educate them about the importance of shipment handling, and create a sense of ownership for managing the service center. Ensuring processes are followed to minimize losses at the service center, maintaining a clean workplace, and communicating organizational updates and changes to staff will also be part of your responsibilities.
