Operation Analyst

The Operations Analyst, NCT will be responsible for completing day-to-day activities as per standards, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of assigned production duties. You must adhere to all cut-off times and maintain quality processing as per SLAs. Additionally, you are expected to respond to queries and first-level escalations related to routine activities within pre-specified time frames. In the absence of your peers, you should take responsibility and act as backup, as well as share best practices with the team. Your key responsibilities will include reviewing client account opening documentation, managing automation orders subscriptions and redemptions for Mutual Funds, handling tax exemptions for clients per German regulations, managing account freezing and unfreezing processes for private banking clients, verifying client signatures for banking documents, updating client postal address information, collaborating with onshore teams and clients, resolving discrepancies, identifying potential risks or fraudulent activities, ensuring timely task completion within SLAs, supporting data migration projects, and handling adhoc projects as assigned. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or Degree in a related discipline, with a minimum B1 level in German language proficiency, along with 2-4 years of experience in a German language process. Willingness to work in multiple/rotational shifts is required.
