Job Description

Build and maintain operational dashboards, trackers, and reports using Excel and SQL-based tools
Analyze large data sets to identify trends, process gaps, and opportunities for efficiency
Collaborate with internal teams (claims, partner success, underwriting) to resolve operational issues
Handle enrollment of programs with insurers
Handle claim payments with partners
Monitor SLAs, TATs, and other key metrics across protection programs
Support process documentation and automation initiatives
Assist in onboarding new partners, integrating plan workflows, and ensuring data quality
Work closely with product and tech teams to troubleshoot system-level issues and suggest enhancements
