OpenText VIM & OCR Consultant | 7+ Years of Experience

Professional Summary:

Core Competencies:

Implementation & configuration of OpenText VIM: Document Processing (DP) types, Process Options, Role & Agent Determination, Invoice Blocking & Approvals, Information Extraction Service (IES), Archive Center
SAP MM/AP expertise: Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts, Service Entry Sheets, Livestock Invoices, FI Invoices, Posting/Blocking/Parking scenarios
Workflow administration: Restart, Repair, and monitoring SAP MM-FI integration
Early Archiving processes using Enterprise Scanner and Functional Mailboxes
VIM & BC upgrades: defining approach, strategy, and execution
Driving continuous improvement initiatives and collaboration across Business Excellence, IMIT, SOM, and Project teams
Ensuring process adherence, BC compliance, and audit participation
Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration

Professional Impact:

Enabled seamless VIM integrations with SAP and third-party systems, improving invoice processing efficiency
