Job Description : As a Sr. consultant mainly responsible for successful delivery of Fieldglass deliverables. Expected to have a hands-on experience and knowledge of procurement processes. Deep skills and experience in design, implementation, and deployment of SAP Fieldglass solutions. Able to lead Fit- Gap workshops and identify all custom developments required to meet the client requirements. Work on final configuration set up and guide customers in UAT. Good knowledge and understanding of overall solution architectegure and integration methods with ECC or S/4 HANA. Quickly learn new Fieldglass solutions & confidently present them to the customers. Comfortable working in an international environment where you must collaborate with team remotely. Passionate & maintain a rational and objective demeanor when faced with stressful situations. Good communication skills with clear expression using language with precision. Preferred candidate Skill set: SAP MM Working experience is desirable • Implementation experience in Fieldglass Contingent Worker and SoW modules Configuration of SAP Fieldglass system Business Process knowledge of Contingent worker management Understanding of Worker Onboarding/Offboarding management Key competencies to look for: Leadership Skills, Adaptability, Communication Skills etc
