Job Description

SAP SDM / RFNO Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Lead technical implementation and configuration of
SAP SDM
(Implico Add-on solution) for oil & gas downstream processes.
Customize functionalities related to order management, delivery, route planning, transportation planning, and logistics.
Integrate SDM with SAP modules like
SD, MM, and PM
.
Optimize distribution workflows, truck scheduling, and delivery dispatch.
Analyze business needs and generate dashboards/reports for performance tracking.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, logistics teams, and IT units for requirement gathering and solution design.
Implement and support
SAP IS-Oil RFNO
for petrol station operations including payment handling, inventory, and dealer settlements.

Required Skills:

3 to 7 years of hands-on SAP experience with specialization in
SDM and/or RFNO modules
.
Strong understanding of
downstream operations
in the Oil & Gas sector.
SAP
configuration and customization
skills.
Knowledge of
ABAP
(preferred, not mandatory).
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
