Job Description

Position:

Key Responsibilities:

Interact with potential clients and explain company services (GST, Company Registration, Compliance, Accounting, etc.).
Understand customer requirements and guide them with suitable business solutions.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to convert leads into customers.
Maintain accurate client information in CRM and follow up regularly.
Assist clients throughout the service process and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Meet daily and monthly targets related to sales and conversions.

Skills Required:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of business, finance, or taxation (training will be provided).
Strong convincing and negotiation ability.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
