Openings for Customer Service Process

Requirements:

  • Versant Level 5 or 6 communication skills
  • HSC or Graduate
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience only

Shift Timings:

  • Between 9 AM to 9 PM (any 9-hour rotational shift)

Week Off:

  • 1 Rotational week off

Salary:

  • Versant 5: Up to 27,000 CTC

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their concerns and provide excellent customer service.
  • Process customer requests for products/services, handle complaints, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Meet performance targets for quality metrics such as first call resolution rate, average handling time, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and maintain a positive work environment.
