Openings for Customer Service Process

Requirements:

Versant Level 5 or 6 communication skills
HSC or Graduate
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience only

Shift Timings:

Between 9 AM to 9 PM (any 9-hour rotational shift)

Week Off:

1 Rotational week off

Salary:

Versant 5: Up to 27,000 CTC

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their concerns and provide excellent customer service.
Process customer requests for products/services, handle complaints, and escalate issues when necessary.
Meet performance targets for quality metrics such as first call resolution rate, average handling time, and customer satisfaction scores.
Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and maintain a positive work environment.
