Conducttracking ofshipmentsofcustomers"(other thannational ional keyaccounts)shipmentsas perthe definedstandard operating procedures(SOPs)

Identifycases oflatedelivery , nondelivery , returntooriginand relatedexceptionsand follow upactively forclosureasperthe definedprocedures; prepareand send updatestotheTeamLead

Identify instances of held backshipments andconduct clearances withinstipulatedtimelines; prepareupdateson held backsandsendto theTeam Lead Obtain customer claim requests / escalations from contact center for delivery of shipments and conductrequisiteaction forclosure asperthe definedprocedures

Conduct directhandlingofspecific customer complaintsand ensurefrequent followupsfor resolution ofthe pendingissues

Track the delivery performance of shipments by monitoring and updating TATs for delivery; preparere ports on TATs achievedon aregular basis Responsible forhandlingcustomer claimrequestsas percompany policyandprocedures Responsibleforhandling callsprofessionally withinthestipulated timelines
