Job Summary:

The Executive Customer Service will manage the customer service desk, handle queries from branches, franchises, and clients, and ensure timely resolution while maintaining quality standards. The role involves coordination with internal and external stakeholders and maintaining MIS reports.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Customer Service desk efficiently.
  • Attend and resolve all calls and queries from branches, franchises, and clients.
  • Ensure all queries are resolved within defined TAT.
  • Close all calls as per quality parameters.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate issue resolution.
  • Maintain MIS reports for tracking and reporting purposes.
