Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Design and deliver training programs for all new hires on communication skills, process training, product knowledge, and soft skills.
Experience of handling end-to-end process training
To maintain training reports and trackers
Experience of training delivery on Behaviour/Developmental Topics
Develop customized training materials and content to meet specific business needs.
Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure trainee progress and effectiveness of training programs.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop high-quality training content.
Identify training needs and recommend improvements

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in recruitment domain
Technical Knowledge and background
Excellent communication skills
Ability to handle a batch of 20-25 new hires
Efficient in Microsoft Skills
Ability to provide constructive and objective feedback to the new hires
