This position is responsible for supporting the companys legal function by assisting in day-to-day legal matters and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The role involves reviewing and drafting basic contracts and agreements, maintaining legal documentation, coordinating with external counsel, and providing support in litigation and regulatory matters. The executive will also assist various departments in legal risk assessment and ensure timely compliance with corporate, labour, and commercial laws impacting business operations.
