Job Responsibilities : Proactively contact customers via phone call to collect overdue EMI payments, including both NACH (National Automated Clearing House) and non-NACH accounts. Contact customers to gather feedback on operational processes at NJ Capital. Tabulate and analyze data related to both collection efforts and customer feedback for reporting and process improvement initiatives. Ensure timely invocation of security sale as per company policy for non-payment cases.
