1. Assist in scouting and identifying potential land parcels for acquisition.
2. Collect data on land ownership, boundaries, local market rates and suitability for the company's requirements.
3. Support in verification of land titles, ownership records and encumbrances.
4. Maintain updated land files and records for audit and legal compliance
5. Liaison with local authority, landowners, community representatives and government agencies.
6 .Assist in obtaining approvals, clearances and NOCs from statutory bodies.
7. Coordinate with internal departments of the company for smooth processing of land deals.
8. Support senior officers/managers in negotiation meetings with landowners
9. Familiarity with government records ( Revenue, Survey, Registration).
10. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
11. Negotiation and persuasion skills at a local/community level
