•Responsible for strategic planning for purchase of land, for project/expansion including mining lease at competitive rates and within timelines.
•Ensure sourcing of suitable land parcels, sourcing suitable land aggregators, if required.
•Ensure analysis of land with respect to feasibility of project, topographical survey of land.
Ensure due diligence/TSR before purchase of land (name of landowners, changes of name),
•Create detailed proposal, with detailed information on land area and rates and sent to CEO/CFO) for approval before purchase of land
Handle procurement related issues directly & through team with Owners/Farmers and Law and Order situation at site.
Prepare land Titles, land purchasing, land deeds, land registration, land mortgage and all kinds of mutation/diversion.
•Processing all statuary legal compliances from Govt./Associated body.
