Onsite Service Engineer Igatpuri

Key Responsibilities

• Provide service support for the installed base in Igatpuri.
• Handle installation, maintenance, and calibration of industrial nutrunner
• Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) with key customer.
• Ensure timely updates of customer and service data on digital platform
• Drive service contract renewals and identify opportunities for spare parts sale.
• Maintain a strong focus on delivering high customer satisfaction
• Act as a single point of contact for customer support need.
• Support business growth by building strong customer relationships through proactive service
  

To Succeed You Will Need

• To look into the day-to-day functions of the service related jobs and resolve day to-day issues in the specified Territory / Customer Allocated in the region
• To Ensure Response Time.
• Handle the key account directly and ensure customer satisfaction
• To provide service to customers, discuss with them, make route cause analysis and give presentations to customer to improve life cycle of the Product.
• Customer Training / Education to ensure better up time of the product.
• Ensure timely and effectively execution of Service Plan.
• Close Co-ordination with Project team for timely execution of Installation of machine allocated to Service.
