Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused E-Commerce & Online Sales Specialist to manage our online selling platforms, enhance our digital presence, and ensure excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling online sales operations, analyzing website and sales trends, managing customer queries, and driving growth through effective communication and marketing initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

Online Sales & Digital Presence

  • Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory on e-commerce platforms (Shopify, etc.).
  • Track and analyze website performance metrics (traffic, conversions, bounce rates, etc.).
  • Monitor sales trends to identify growth opportunities and market demands.
  • Ensure seamless payment integrations and transactions (Razorpay and other gateways).

Customer Communication & Support

  • Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other channels.
  • Provide prompt and professional support to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain client relationships to enhance retention and loyalty.

Marketing & Engagement

  • Execute email marketing campaigns to boost sales and customer engagement.
  • Contribute to social media and digital marketing activities to increase online presence.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to improve products, services, and experiences.

Operational Excellence

  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, logistics, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and support tickets.
  • Generate reports on sales performance, customer satisfaction, and campaign effectiveness.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in e-commerce, online sales, or customer support.
  • Hands-on experience with

    Shopify

    Razorpay

    , and similar platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of website analytics, sales tracking, and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication skills (calls, emails, WhatsApp, client communication).
  • Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic understanding of

    email marketing tools.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in online selling and customer support.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, email automation, and reporting dashboards.
  • Knowledge of online payment gateways and e-commerce workflows.
