The ideal candidate will have held senior-level roles such as Head of Department or General Manager and reported directly to the Director or CEO. You will be responsible for leading our operational efforts, driving business growth, and ensuring long-term profitability. This role demands industry-specific experience , financial and operational expertise, and a track record of cross-functional leadership. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic business goals aligned with the companys long-term vision. Oversee remote and on-ground daily operations, ensuring process efficiency and output consistency. Drive sales, service, and operations teams towards business objectives and KPIs. Control budgets and ensure cost optimization while driving revenue growth. Lead a diverse team with a strong focus on performance, accountability, and team culture. Implement best practices from the CNC industry in after-sales service, operations, and customer management. Analyze key business metrics and financial data to identify growth opportunities and areas of improvement. Collaborate with the Sales,Purchase, Marketing, Account, and HR/Admin teams to ensure business synergy. Ensure compliance with applicable statutory, labor, and industry regulations. IT Admin - Google Workspace Specialist (WFH) Company - Location: Remote based in India Experience: Minimum 5 years Department: IT & Digital Transformation Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and self-motivated IT Administrator & Desktop Support Engineer with in-depth experience managing Google Workspace environments, desktop support, and overall IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a secure and efficient IT ecosystem, handling user support, system administration, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across our global team. Key Responsibilities: Provide **end-user desktop support** (Windows/Mac) for software, hardware, printers, and network-related issues. Administer and manage **Google Workspace (formerly G Suite)** – including Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Admin Console, Groups, Meet, Vault, etc. Maintain user accounts, email configurations, group permissions, and device policies in Google Workspace.
