We are seeking a skilled Senior IT Support Specialist with strong expertise in cloud platforms (Azure AD, AWS, O365, VMware) and end-user support across Windows/Mac environments. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations, managing cloud and on-premise infrastructure, providing technical support to global teams, and implementing automation through scripting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote and onsite IT support for global teams (hardware, software, networking, printers, and VoIP).
• Administer and manage Azure AD, Active Directory, O365 Admin Center, AWS, VMware ESXi and cloud technologies.
• Handle Google Workspace administration – user accounts, groups, email, and device policies.
• Manage system updates, data backup, antivirus solutions, and endpoint protection.
• Configure and monitor network services (DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, routers, switches).
• Automate IT processes using PowerShell, Python, and JavaScript scripting.
• Manage IT assets, vendor coordination, and license renewals.
• Support mobile device management (Intune) and security compliance.
• Deliver user training, documentation, and ensure IT best practices are followed.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT support, cloud administration, and system management.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Active Directory, Azure AD, O365, AWS, VMware ESXi.
• Hands-on expertise in PowerShell scripting, MySQL database, and automation tools.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, QuickBooks, Jira, and remote desktop tools.
• Solid understanding of networking (DNS, DHCP, VPNs), firewalls, and IT security.
• Excellent troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
