Role Overview: As the main point of contact for IT support, you will handle user inquiries through various communication channels like phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems. Your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues promptly and efficiently. Additionally, you will provide step-by-step guidance to users for issue resolution and ensure proper documentation for future reference.
