Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Support Specialist located in Tumkur. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for desktop computers and other IT systems. This includes managing help desk support, maintaining and updating information technology systems, and ensuring seamless IT operations within the organization. The role requires effective communication with staff to resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience with O365 Admin Centre, Google Admin
• Experience with Desktop Computers and Laptop Service & Repairs, Printer troubleshooting
• Experience with CCTV Setup & Maintenance
• Experience with Internet Network Setup & Maintenance
• Proficiency in Help Desk Support
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
