Role Summary

General Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business goals aligned with the companys long-term vision.
  • Oversee remote and on-ground daily operations, ensuring process efficiency and output consistency.
  • Drive sales, service, and operations teams towards business objectives and KPIs.
  • Control budgets and ensure cost optimization while driving revenue growth.
  • Lead a diverse team with a strong focus on performance, accountability, and team culture.
  • Implement best practices from the CNC industry in after-sales service, operations, and customer management.
  • Analyze key business metrics and financial data to identify growth opportunities and areas of improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Sales,Purchase, Marketing, Account, and HR/Admin teams to ensure business synergy.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable statutory, labor, and industry regulations.
  • Promote innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure operational excellence.

  • CNC Industry Know-How: Proven expertise in CNC machine sales, service, sourcing, and operations.

  • Clear Communication: Influence and engage internal teams and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Compliance-Oriented: Ensure adherence to statutory and quality standards across operations.

Ideal Candidate

  • Leadership experience in a CNC or capital equipment company (Head/GM level).
  • Skilled in operations, sales coordination, and after-sales service (domestic or global )
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience reporting to senior leadership and managing end-to-end business units.
  • Bachelors in Engineering/Business (MBA preferred)
  • Tech-savvy with hands-on knowledge of CRM, ERP, and business intelligence tools.e & responsibilities
