Role Description

This is a remote internship role for an Online Sales Specialist. The Online Sales Specialist will be responsible for handling customer service inquiries, managing online sales activities, and implementing online marketing strategies. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer queries, providing training on product usage, and assisting in sales efforts to enhance revenue generation.

Qualifications

• Skills in Customer Service and Communication
• Experience in Sales and Online Marketing
• Ability to provide Training and support on product usage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the IT software industry is a plus
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

This is a paid internship which can be done remotely. However, it is performance and target based.
