Role Description


The Online Merchandising Executive will be responsible for driving online sales performance, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering a seamless customer experience across all digital platforms. The role requires hands-on experience with Shopify and ownership of catalogue management, pricing, promotions, inventory coordination, and platform hygiene, along with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, operations, and production.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage

    Shopify storefront

    operations including product catalogue, pricing, promotions, inventory coordination, and platform hygiene.
  • Track and analyse website

    performance metrics

    to improve user experience, discoverability, and conversions.
  • Execute

    CRM campaigns (Email & WhatsApp) t

    o drive engagement, retention, and repeat purchases.
  • Handle customer interactions

    , order management, and ensure smooth fulfilment and delivery coordination.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, operations, and production teams to support campaigns and business goals.


Qualification


  • Minimum

    2 years of experience

    in e-commerce or online merchandising.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify

    for catalog, pricing, promotions, and storefront management.
  • Strong understanding of

    online merchandising, inventory coordination, and platform hygiene

    .
  • Working knowledge of

    website analytics

    , CRM tools, and performance tracking.
  • Proficiency in

    MS Excel

    and familiarity with

    Google Analytics

    or similar tools.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with

    cross-functional teams

    including marketing, design, operations, and production.
  • Experience in

    fashion, retail, or DTC e-commerce

    is preferred.
