We are looking for an India Onboarding Specialist to manage the onboarding process for new hires in the Domestic & US staffing.
This role will ensure new employees are smoothly integrated, compliant with regulations, and prepared for their new roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate new hire onboarding from document collection to orientation.
Collaborate with recruitment and hiring managers to coordinate new hire logistics.
Provide ongoing support to new employees during their onboarding experience.
Maintain accurate records of all onboarding documentation.
Qualifications: • 1+ years of Onboarding experience, preferably in Domestic & US staffing.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
