Staymaster is a leading vacation rental management company in Goa, managing over 150+ premium properties across North Goa. We specialize in end-to-end management for villas, boutique stays, and holiday homes — ensuring seamless operations, premium guest experiences, and optimized revenue for property owners.

Role Purpose

The Onboarding Executive will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient onboarding of new properties onto the Staymaster network — from property audits and inventory setup to photoshoots, branding, and go-live coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding audits and maintain accurate inventory checklists for each property.
• Coordinate and execute procurement and go-live setup in line with company standards and approval processes.
• Schedule and manage photoshoots and branding coordination, ensuring timely and aesthetic completion.
• Liaise with internal departments for listing handovers, final approvals, and platform go-live.
• Maintain regular communication with property owners and internal teams to ensure readiness and alignment.
• Track and report onboarding progress using internal tools and checklists.

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in Hospitality, Real Estate, or Business Management.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in property management, hospitality operations, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in basic software tools (Excel, Google Workspace, etc.).
• Ability to work on-site and manage field operations efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
