Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Onboarding Executive to manage the end-to-end onboarding process for delivery riders. The role involves document collection, background verification, system login & ID creation, training coordination, and leading a small team of telecallers to ensure a smooth and compliant onboarding experience. Key Responsibilities: - Collect and verify riders documents (ID proof, address proof, driving license, bank details, etc.). - Ensure timely approval of rider documents as per compliance requirements. - Coordinate and complete the BGV (Background Verification) process for riders. - Create login credentials and rider IDs in the internal system. - Ensure all riders are properly mapped and active in the system before deployment. - Coordinate rider training sessions and ensure completion of mandatory training. - Track training attendance and maintain reports. - Lead and guide a small team of telecallers responsible for rider engagement and follow-ups. - Monitor telecaller performance and ensure smooth rider communication. - Maintain onboarding MIS and trackers. - Coordinate with HR, operations, and vendor teams for seamless rider onboarding. Key Skills & Competencies: - Strong communication skills (Kannada, Hindi & English preferred). - Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for data management. - Familiarity with rider/vendor management processes. - Team handling & coordination ability. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelors degree in any discipline (HR/Operations background preferred). - 13 years of experience in onboarding / recruitment / rider management. - Prior experience in logistics / last-mile delivery sector will be an advantage.
