HRBP Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Support HRBPs in day-to-day people operations and business partnering activities
• Assist in onboarding, engagement, performance tracking, and employee communication
• Coordinate with recruiters, payroll, and operations teams for smooth HR delivery
• Maintain and update HR dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports
• Support grievance handling documentation and policy implementation
• Assist in HR audits, compliance documentation, and SOP adherence
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives and HR projects

Eligibility Criteria

• MBA/PGDM (HR) students or recent graduates preferred
• Strong interest in HR Business Partnering & strategic HR
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
