About the Role:

HR Business Partner (HRBP) Intern

Role & responsibilities

• Support in planning and execution of employee engagement and well-being initiatives.
• Help track performance management activities and maintain relevant documentation.
• Prepare and update HR reports and dashboards (headcount, attrition, leave trends, etc.).
• Collaborate with Learning & Development team to coordinate training sessions and track participation.
• Document employee grievances or feedback and assist in preparing action plans
• Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate internal communication across departments on HR matters.
• Assist with ad hoc HR projects, audits, and data analysis tasks.

Preferred candidate profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
