o Understanding of end-to-end recruitment process

o Experience with US blue collared hirings

o Job Posting on different platforms

o Sourcing profiles from various job sites, social media, and referrals

o Screening and scheduling interviews

o Candidate document management

o Perform background check and reference checks

o Ensure candidate communication and provide timely updates

o Handling all requests for data management

o Managing work queues & daily transactional volumes

o Daily Reporting on volumes and SLA s

o Create and send job offers as part of offer management

o Monitoring, tracking and reporting of hiring progress

o Collaborate with team members to enhance overall performance and ensure adherence to quality standards

o Communicate regularly with stakeholders to assess candidate pipeline

o Provides support identifying and eliminating errors, fostering zero-defect culture

o Ensures 100% adherence to deadlines for reports, audits, and process evaluations, maintaining compliance with SLAs and organizational standards

Skills:-

. Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices

Good written and verbal communication skills

Experience with recruitment databases, HRIS, ATS, candidate sourcing tools & job sites

Proficient expertise in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) MS Teams

Ability to work in Data analytics and reporting

Knowledge of ATS/ HRIS tool (e.g., SAP-Success Factor)

Skills in building rapport and managing client expectations
