Job Description

HR Executive Wholesale Jewellery Manufacturing.

Experience in Jewellery Industry is a must for this role
Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition for customer service, sales, and business development and other roles
Handle KYC documentation, background verification, and statutory compliance
Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and joining formalities
Maintain employee records, HR MIS, and documentation accurately
Support implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and internal processes
Assist in attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
Liaise with consultants, vendors, and recruitment agencies as required
Address employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations
Ensure compliance with labor laws applicable to manufacturing units
Location: Kalbadevi, Mumbai |
