As a Technical Support and Onboarding Executive, your role will involve providing customer support to veterinary practices and consumers using the company's digital systems. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of the digital products, offering exceptional customer service, and guiding clients through the onboarding process. We are seeking individuals with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, who can effectively engage with customers. A warm and friendly personality is essential to create positive interactions with clients. The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the organization is crucial in delivering outstanding customer experiences. If you have a knack for problem-solving, enjoy working with digital platforms, and possess a high school diploma or equivalent/graduate degree, you are encouraged to apply. Experience in customer support, technical support, and troubleshooting technical issues will be advantageous for this role. Additionally, familiarity with veterinary practices and animal welfare, as well as software or technology-related customer support, would be beneficial. In return, Digital Practice offers a competitive salary ranging from INR 3.6 to 6 lakhs per annum, based on your experience and qualifications.
