Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Onboarding Executive. As an Onboarding Executive, you will be responsible for providing customer support to our clients and users. Your day-to-day tasks will include providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth functioning of our digital products. You will be responsible for onboarding our client's onto our products. Job Requirements: Excellent spoken and written English. Role Overview The Website Executive will support the Senior Business Development Manager in delivering new websites for veterinary practices. This includes gathering content from practices, supporting the website developer with page builds, carrying out thorough pre-launch QA, and ensuring projects stay on track through to go-live. This role is crucial in keeping website projects moving smoothly and ensuring a polished, client-ready product before handover to the Account Management team. Key Responsibilities 1. Client Communication & Content Gathering · Liaise directly with veterinary practices via email to gather: o Practice information, team bios, and service descriptions o Photos (team, clinic, logos) and other visual assets o Plugin/iframes/codes for external apps o Any other content required for the website build · Maintain a tracker of missing content and proactively follow up to avoid delays. · Keep the Senior Business Development Manager informed of any blockers or late responses. 2. Website Build Support · Assist the website developer in creating and populating WordPress pages. · Upload and format content, ensuring it is visually consistent and easy to read. · Apply basic SEO elements (image alt text, meta descriptions) where appropriate. · Ensure assets are optimised for web (image sizes, file naming). 3. Quality Assurance (Before Go-Live) · Carry out comprehensive QA before websites are signed off: o Test responsiveness across desktop, tablet, and mobile o Add cookie bot o Check that navigation, forms and links work correctly o Identify formatting issues, and design inconsistencies · Log issues for the developer to fix and retest once completed. · Confirm the site is fully ready for client sign-off and hand 4. Project Tracking & Workflow Management · Keep project status up to date in Linear · Monitor progress through content gathering → build → QA → sign-off → go-live. · Alert the Senior Business Development Manager to potential delays or risks early. · Help ensure websites reach the go-live stage smoothly, ready to be handed over to the Account Management team as a live account.
