Job Description

About the Role:

We are hiring a Document Verification Executive to handle driver onboarding and ensure 100% accuracy in document validation. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, familiar with Excel/Google Sheets, and able to coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding operations.

Key Responsibilities:Document Verification:

Verify driver documents such as DL, RC, Aadhaar, PAN, NOC, Insurance, Bank details, etc.
Cross-check name, vehicle number, and mobile number with system/portal records.
Ensure documents meet company onboarding guidelines.

Coordination & Updates:

Coordinate with the calling team and field team regarding missing, wrong, or unclear documents.
Communicate corrections to drivers or team members as needed.

Reporting & Records:

Maintain logs of verified, rejected, and pending documents.
Update Excel/Google Sheets trackers with correct verification status.
Prepare daily verification reports for the operations team.

Quality & Compliance:

Ensure accuracy and adherence to SOP before driver approval.
Identify discrepancies and ensure they are resolved immediately.

Required Skills:

Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets (Filters, VLOOKUP, data entry).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Understanding of onboarding or document checking processes.
Good coordination, communication, and reporting ability.
Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
