As a Technical Support and Onboarding Executive, your role will involve providing customer support to veterinary practices and consumers using the company's digital systems. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of the digital products, offering exceptional customer service, and guiding clients through the onboarding process. We are seeking individuals with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, who can effectively engage with customers. A warm and friendly personality is essential to create positive interactions with clients. The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the organization is crucial in delivering outstanding customer experiences.
