Oil & Gas Digital Consultant

Consultant For Global Energy Initiatives:

We are looking for a Consultant with significant background in the Energy industry with hands-on knowledge and experience in the Oil & Gas sector. The primary role of the Consultant would be to integrate company’s leading edge AI / ML, Data, ESG and Advanced Plant Engineering technologies and experience with Consultant’s deep knowledge and insights of the industry. This will empower company to offer cutting edge AI / ML, Data, ESG solutions to improve the productivity and profitability of its global clients.

Key Responsibilities & Functions:

1. Strategic Advisory & Thought Leadership

• Serve as Strategic Advisor for promoting company’s AI / ML and ESG capabilities to large global energy clients and multinational oil companies.

2. Client & Business Development

• Support pre-sales and contribute to proposal development, RFP responses, and development of POCs and MVPs tailored for the energy sector, strategic deal shaping.
• Contribute to practice growth, service innovation, and go-to-market strategies.

3. Domain Expertise & Solutions Architecture

• Provide deep insights to substantially improve Efficiency and Productivity of Energy Operations across:

• Upstream

  : Exploration, drilling, reservoir management, production optimization.

• Midstream

  : Pipeline operations, LNG, transportation logistics.

• Downstream

  : Refining, petrochemicals, retail distribution, trading.
• Support design and architecture of AI / ML driven business and technology solutions, including:
• Asset integrity management
• HSE systems and ESG frameworks
• Predictive maintenance and condition monitoring

Program Delivery & Governance

• Support multi-year transformation programs including digital oilfield, automation, and capital project optimization.
• Advise on governance frameworks, risk mitigation plans, and performance metrics.
• Ensure alignment with

  where applicable.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Energy Systems, Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 20+ years in the Oil & Gas sector with a strong blend of consulting, operational, and executive-level experience
• Proven leadership in

  global transformation programs

  or strategy consulting roles
• Knowledge and Experience to leverage digital platforms (e.g., AI/ML, IoT, Cloud, Advanced Analytics) in Oil & Gas context
