Oil & Gas Digital Consultant

As a Consultant for Global Energy Initiatives, your primary role will be to integrate company's leading edge AI/ML, Data, ESG, and Advanced Plant Engineering technologies with your deep knowledge and insights of the Energy industry. This integration will enable the company to provide cutting-edge solutions to enhance productivity and profitability for global clients. Key Responsibilities & Functions: - Serve as a Strategic Advisor to promote company's AI/ML and ESG capabilities to large global energy clients and multinational oil companies. - Support pre-sales activities, contribute to proposal development, RFP responses, and the creation of POCs and MVPs tailored for the energy sector. - Contribute to the growth of practice, innovation in services, and development of go-to-market strategies. - Provide deep insights to enhance efficiency and productivity in Energy Operations including upstream, midstream, and downstream sectors. - Assist in designing AI/ML-driven solutions for asset integrity management, HSE systems, predictive maintenance, and condition monitoring. - Support multi-year transformation programs, advise on governance frameworks, risk mitigation plans, and ensure alignment with relevant ISO standards. Key Qualifications: - Bachelors, Masters, or PhD in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Energy Systems, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. - Over 20 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector with a strong background in consulting, operations, and executive-level roles. - Demonstrated leadership in global transformation programs or strategy consulting positions. - Proficiency in leveraging digital platforms such as AI/ML, IoT, Cloud, and Advanced Analytics in an Oil & Gas context.
