Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Offline Sales Manager with proven experience in the Steel Industry to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for driving offline sales operations across assigned states, managing client relationships, onboarding new vendors, and ensuring regional sales targets are achieved. Location : AP, Telangana, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Gujarat Role & responsibilities Drive offline sales operations across multiple locations within assigned regions. Conduct regular client visits for relationship management, lead generation, and business development. Identify, approach, and raise new vendors independently to expand the business network. Ensure regional sales targets and KPIs are met. Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the steel sector. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery, client satisfaction, and issue resolution. Generate regular sales reports and present insights to senior management. Preferred candidate profile Males candidates preferred Working Days/Shift Timings: 6 Days/ Day Shift Mandatory experience in Sales within the Steel Industry. Strong understanding of the regional steel market dynamics. Ability to travel extensively across assigned territories. Excellent communication skills with fluency in the native language of the region. Proven ability to independently onboard vendors and manage client relationships. Self-motivated with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
