Role Summary We are looking for a high-ownership operations leader who can take full charge of the movement of goods at Fine Decor. This role is about execution, control, and leadership ensuring that whatever is planned is done, on time and with accuracy. Pay is no bar for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Dispatch of Goods Ensure all orders are dispatched accurately and on time (catalogue, cut length, roll, readymade, project). Track daily dispatches and pending orders, and remove bottlenecks. Maintain a zero-error policy in dispatch documentation (LR, invoices, slips). Warehouse Maintenance Take ownership of stock placement every SKU should be exactly where it is recorded. Set up and maintain efficient warehouse systems (binning, stacking, labeling, FIFO). Regular audits to keep physical stock = system stock. Readymade Department Coordination Coordinate with stitching/finishing contractors for timely execution. Ensure readymade products (curtains, accessories) meet quality standards. Balance workload between in-house and contractors. Inward of Goods Ensure all inward goods are checked, recorded, and placed correctly. Handle shortages/damages with speed and escalation. Maintain clear inward records for visibility. Process Discipline Design, implement, and enforce SOPs for each operation. Train the team to follow process religiously. Build dashboards and trackers for visibility to CEO. Success Metrics (KPIs) 100% on-time dispatch rate. Zero stock misplacement. Lead time for readymade orders. Accuracy & speed of inward. Warehouse efficiency (clean, systemized, audit-passing at all times).

Manage and grow business from modern trade chain stores and large-format home furnishing retailers, including listings, promotions and in-store visibility. Develop institutional business from hotels, builders, interior contractors, architects, corporate procurement teams and government/semi-government bodies. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities. Handle key account operations including POs, pricing, proposals, dispatch coordination, payment follow-up and issue resolution. Conduct regular market visits, client meetings and store visits to build strong relationships and track product performance. Share market feedback on products, competition and new opportunities with management.
