Offline Marketing Associate

We’re looking for a dynamic, resourceful Offline Marketing Associate

Is this you?

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in offline marketing, BTL activations, event management, or retail marketing.
• Passionate about brand experiences and consumer engagement.
• Hands-on experience in planning and executing store launches, events, and collaborations.
• Strong understanding of retail marketing dynamics and footfall-driving initiatives.
• Excellent project management, coordination, and vendor management skills.
• Creative thinker with strong execution discipline and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Bonus if you’ve worked with fashion, lifestyle, or youth-centric brands.

Pre-requisites:

• 2–3 years of experience in BTL/Offline/Field marketing, event execution, or retail marketing.
• Proven experience managing agencies, vendors, and multi-city campaigns.
• Strong organisational and budgeting skills.
• Hands-on approach and willingness to be on-ground during events and store activations.
• Understanding of retail consumer behaviour and experiential marketing trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
