Job Description

Support the implementation and deployment of the Aditya Birla Group (ABG) Sustainability Framework across plant operations in consultation with Sustainability Head.
Coordinate the rollout, customization, and effective utilization of the Enablon sustainability management system.
Liaise with plant officials and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with sustainability requirements, standards, and reporting obligations.
Coordinate in identifing local and global sustainability risks, externalities, and operational challenges, and support the development of mitigation strategies.
Facilitate integration of sustainability principles into daily operations, governance forums, and decision-making processes.
Collate, validate, and report sustainability data in line with GRI Standards and internal ABG guidelines.
Promote sustainability awareness and culture through communication, engagement initiatives, and campaign-driven activities across the plant.
